It does smell but what do you expect, it’s a pet store.

They rarely have female fish but males usually look more attractive than females anyway.

The customer service was really good. They gave us some tips with fish to me and my friends.

Refunding and exchanging products are offered.

I took my cairn terrier there for grooming. When I dropped her off I spoke with the grooming manager about what the haircut would look like - shaved body with terrier cut face. When I picked my dog up she had been completely shaved down, including her face. She looks pretty ridiculous. The hair will grow back, it’s not a big deal, but disappointing. My dog was also acting very depressed for the rest of the day, which is very odd. Maybe she could tell how bad her haircut was. Won’t be going back to petco for grooming, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else going either.

The staff is helpful..easy to shop. Good deals if you look for them.
