The cashiers are always nice and helpful, and the store itself usually has what you'd want to get for any animal.

Big box with horrible service. I usually buy from Folsom location was excited to have them local but find this location no where near as good as Folsom location...

It is a smaller shop than many other animal supply stores but they have organized it well and inviting.  They always seem to have some toy I must get for my puppies. Staff could be a little friendlier too, always seems you are bothering them to check out.

Decent selection. Staff is not as helpful as I would like at times. Some of them do not seem as engaged with the customer. Some of the staff are very helpful, though.
