This place is horrible to work at. Management is horrible, they don't care about their staff or residents. Staff makes fun of residents. Most staff have no prior experience with caring for the elderly and residents don't get the care they need. Not to metion They are always under staffed. I work three shifts in a row being the only caregiver in a shift with no team work with other staff members.  Do not recommend working or living in this facility.

I worked in the Lighthouse memory care unit and it was awful! The way they treat staff and residents is miserable. I have seen people soaked and dripping probably left in urine all day. I have seen beds soaked all the way to the neck of the person. The staff are overworked and there needs to be more people working at one time. The resident to staff ratio is ridiculous. All in all I am so glad to not work in this environment anymore

I was there for a visit. The alarm was set off in one of the buildings on accident and the staff didn't seem to care. They didn't even try to turn off the shrill alarm (until 20 minutes later when another staff member came in) that was hurting the poor residents ears. I hope that wasn't a normal thing and these people are being well taken care of!

I have lived in one of the 3 BR/2BA duets since March 15 and my poodle and I I love it. My house is lovely, modern and comfortable. The food is good though I often cook for myself. Love the people who work and live here. So far I have joined the Bridge group and the Wine Club and met so many intelligent, fun women and men. My husband passed away almost two years ago but I can still drive and do all of the things I want to do. It is the best bargain around!

My relative suffered terribly when staff here failed to give out the medicine prescribed.  Not a safe place!
