Great experience this evening and great customer service. I was helped by Henry and I believe her name was Anna, with my fish tank issues this evening. Very helpful and friendly regarding my injured frog, filter issues and picking replacement fish. I have not always had positive experiences with the aquatic staff at this location, tonight was more pleasant than expected by far.

They have people in the fish section that know what they're talking about. I have had multiple wonderful conversations with employees about proper fish care and then also just about fish themselves. They have been super polite in helping me find what I needed. On top of that, the aquariums are immaculate! I went there hoping to find some pest snails that I could feed to my dwarf puffer, and they had absolutely zero that I could see in the tanks because they were so on top of cleaning with the tanks. I was very impressed. Great customer service.

First of all, id like to stay the regular store staff are wonderful. I love Petco, I love pals rewards, and I love the variety of options of high quality food, toys, etc. the store is great, but I would NOT recommend the training classes. They are not useful, slow, boring, and the environment is too exciting for dogs to focus. I would highly recommend taking your dog elsewhere for training.

We had been driving all over the area looking for a good cat tree, when we came into this particular Petco we were approached by Kat, (yeah, I know, ironic) she was awesome! Very knowledgeable. She gave us some awesome tips and saved us a ton of money (and we didn't even have to switch to Geico). Big shout out to Kat, give that girl a raise!

Creepy looking petco employee upon arrival a few minutes after 10 offered to reschedule for 4 pm. We had driven a long way to make appointment.  Also the smell was nauseating.  Not planning to patronize petco any more.
