Rude girls, wouldn’t let us return a pair of day old boots and had us go wash them off in their bathroom before they’d take them. They were Georgia Boots which come with a 1 year warranty. We had gotten plenty of boots from this brand before and used them for weeks outside and returned them as is when they formed defects such as holes, tears and leakage. For some reason this staff told us they “weren’t supposed to return them if they had been worn outside at all”, which is untrue. They said they were going to have to send them back to the company as per their protocol, which we also found was untrue or unabided when we went to pick out a different pair of boots and found a pair on the self that had obviously been worn, were dirty, and included a receipt from a recent return with a mans card number and signature included. Bothered by this, we left and have chosen not to return until staff improves to the point where they treat their customers respectfully and do their jobs properly.

Great customer service! I was looking to buy some cardboard boxes for moving and I couldn't find any. The employee told me that they didn't carry them, but he told me to wait and he would go check on something. He came back with a bunch of boxes that they were just going to get rid of and gave them to me, free of charge! Friendly staff that go out of their way to help people are hard to find these days. Top notch crew over there, I'll be coming back for all of my animal needs from now on. Thanks for a great experience!

Always excellent, easy in and out.  Usually have what a want, faster than HD....but maybe slightly more expensive.
