I took my poodle mix, Louie, in for a full service groom with a poodle cut. The groomer, Destiny, did an outstanding job!! She was so professional and kind. But that is irrelevant compared to her skill! She did a beautiful cut that was worth way more than I paid. Great experience 😊🐩

This location is always clean and there is rarely a wait more than a couple of minutes. We have a frog, so don't utilize all of the store, but they seem to have a good selection of things for dogs and cats. They work with a local shelter to sell/adopt out cats. They also have ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, aquatic turtles, fish (including feeders), lizards, snakes, frogs and birds. My kids love coming and looking at the animals.They carry supplies to take care of all the animal varieties they sell. They have a donation box to help take care of needy animals and they give the option to round up your payment to help an homeless animal too. There is a dog groomer that seems to be fairly busy. The staff is nice and helpful and the parking is free.

Undergoing remodel, so it's very nice inside. The people are very friendly, but not everyone is an expert on everything. If you have a question, always ask for someone who can help, not just your question. 

The nail trim for my pup is cheap and well done, plus we can walk in!

They are really good, lots of selection and great online options as well. They are a little expensive, but I will forever be a loyal customer because of their live feeder mice. Other chains won't carry them for one reason or another, but I won't feed my pets frozen pinkies. I truly appreciate their understanding of the circle of life.

Animals are welcome, and your pets too! There isn't anywhere else in the world you can bring your dog, take it off the leash and let it run wild through the store forming a wild pack of domesticated and pampered animals that just look tough but are all bark and not bite. It's also the only store I know where you can let your dog poop on the floor and everyone thinks it is cute. This is why I don't shop there as I am terrified of dogs.
