I don't know where all the hate comes from regarding this location. I recently went in to purchase a new aquatic set up and was assisted by the manager Katie. She was very knowledgeable about how to properly set up a new system, as well as which fish fair best in which set up. You can tell she really cares about the well being of the animals. In the time she helped answer all my questions, she reached out to other customers nearby to see if they also needed any help. And for the other reviewer who called Katie a racist???, she assisted everyone without discrimination or hesitation. I will definitely be back in a while to get the fish to go with my new system. They have a customer for life now.

BUYER BEWARE. We went to buy pet supplies for our dog and it was $20 in the store and $7.99 online. we asked them to price match, the policy online says they will price match their own products from their own website but the manager would not honor it. That is rediculous! How do you not honor your own prices when we had the policy in our hands. Very disappointed Petco.

Great staff.  Very helpful.  Look past the pricing.  If you're pet ends up not liking or needing something, they will take it back without issue.  This includes food.

Very rude staff members. Went there for service dog training as its petfriendly and a great way to work on distractions with service dogs. Now being disabled both me and my friend had a bag with out medical supplies in them. We were told that even though they held medications we had to leave them by the front desk. After we took out the most important items we did so. While we trained we were constantly given harsh looks and disapproving glares from one store worker in particular, the man who made us leave our bags. A little after training (as we are disabled) we had our medical issues act up. I was so out of it I could hardly lift my head without almost passing out. We were then told that our bags could be retrieved since the manager said we didn't have toe leave them. A few more minutes later, we were asked to leave because it was "rush hour" and we were in the way sitting on the floor. There were 3 others besides us in the store. We told them that we would leave after I felt well enough to stand without risking falling on my face. The lady said we needed to leave then. All the store workers were rude and wouldn't sympathize with the medical issues we were having.
