We came in knowing mostly what we needed for our new hermit crab but, when we  requested assistance from the employees, they were both knowledgeable and courteous. They were surprised and excited that we had done our research and commended us on our effort to make sure our new friends had a proper home.

It was refreshing to see employees truly care about the animals in their care and, for that, I will bring my business back to them anytime.

Went to this pet co for some treats for our dog and cat. Prices were good and nicole our cashier was very nice and helpful.

People are so friendly in there but you cannot find sale associates when you need one but when you do they are apologetic and courteous.
