I took my cat here for the shot clinic they had going on. There were about 5 employees of the clinic and they were doing everything to make sure the line very large line kept moving quite successfully. While you are still in line two employees came with tablets person one verified info making sure they had a record of your pet. Person two put a little more info into that record and made sure all your questions about the services were answered. They kept a list of names so even if you had a dog getting nervous and barking you could step to a less full aisle with your pet and they would come get you in the order you arrived. Once in the back employee 3 gave you the paper records and explained any final things while employee four and five administered shots. They worked as a well oiled machine and we're very polite and helpful!
