store has potential, unfortunately for the company the lady running it has a very immature attitude. getting angry with "Texas Pitcrew" because the news came to do a small story on adoptions. understandably people have bad days this may have been hers but after that she ran off the aquatics guy. He was the reason i came to this location always had an amazing attitude dealing with every person like he had known them his whole life. He was extremely knowledgeable in fish. I had seen on a few occasions where he was asked about other areas and if he didn't have the answer wouldn't make something up but would go locate someone who could answer the question. Guy was all over the store keeping up with people.

Older store. Sell saltwater fish and animals that they should not. Low survivability.

Very pet friendly! My Daschund loves to go. His pig ears are down by the floor, so he is able to find them and pick out which ones he wants! Awesome store

Go here for most things for our animals, prices are pretty good staff is helpful stores nice and organized and clean, all their pets look healthy.

I took my Shih Tzu here when I moved here for grooming and explained to them that he has been burnt before and he is extremely sensitive. He has had bad experiences with a groomer once before and has taken years to get him comfortable again. He was very scared but I made sure to stick around while they got familiar with him. I came to pick him up and they didn't even show me him before I paid. When they brought him out his hair cut was extremely uneven( they didn't even cut his feet he had long hairs and looked horrible), his nails were cut deeply in the quick, and he was burnt. He was extremely shaken up and was so attached to me for the rest of the day. I have always taken him in to Petco in San Angelo and they always do an amazing job and know who I am when I come in for I am a regular customer. Wichita Falls petco was extremely disappointing and I will not be returning.

Also they charged me an extra $10 because they beushed him.. claiming he had knots in his hair. Even thought I brush him daily and he is never dirty. He has sensitive skin so he definitely didn't have knots.
