We've taken our dog here many times for baths, and it's so simple - they make everything really easy, and the staff is always super nice and helpful if we have any questions. It's a little out of our way, but we still prefer to go here over the pet supply store nearer us because it's very clean and well-kept.

They are always very helpful in this location.  We have bathed our dogs here several times and it is very clean and well stocked.

Staff did not know what they were talking about. Staff also we're rude when I told them they were keeping some of there animals horribly. Fish were in horrible condition and not treated. Reptiles were stressed and impacted. I would totally recamend not to go to any chain pet stores.
