Best customer service ever! Dropped by to get some dog food and Adrianna did not only accommodate us with all our questions but actually went above and beyond and helped us get the right product so our coupon will work. Thanks for all the help and savings! This is our home store from now on ☺️

DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR DOG TO GET GROOMED HERE. WATCH OUT FOR SAUL. I brought my dog to get GROOMED here for the 1st time and the employee SAUL was really rough with my dog, ripping his harness and shirt off of him, making him fall backwards.  He could have really hurt him. I said what are you doing and he said it's ok. My dog was not happy. He is shihzu and the most easy going friendly, sweet dog that you can imagine. He loves cats.  I told him to be careful he has a popped out knee and he said I can't groom your dog. HORRIBLE.  I would NEVER trust them with my baby.  You can make your own decision but at least you have some feed back.

It’s a PetCo, though it’s not arranged like any other I’ve been in. It wasn’t too hard to find the canned cat food (the opposite corner from the door, if you go), and the lone staff member I spoke with was very kind. I took off a star because someone’s dog(s) had peed and pooped on the floor, in a couple separate spots. In any other store, excrement on the floor would take off far more than just one star :)

I am absolutely upset with this store. I tried calling 3 times to say that I would be late. Prior to that I was provided an appointment card and when we showed up they said they had know record of my appointment in the schedule and I needed to come back in a different day. They dont answer the phone. This store often has dropped the ball and today was the final straw! I will never use this store again! The groomers aren't that great either. My dogs hair cut has been different every time she has gone and not in a good way. I used them for the convenience more than anything else.
