The manager Jay is very rude and a racist. I will never ever go back or recommend anyone to go there especially if Jay the racist is still there. He should be fired. If there was a negative star rating I would rate it negative 3 stars just because that racist manager.

I am 21 years old and I live on my own. I wanted to get a pet so I went to get one- I think it's reasonable for an adult who wants a pet to go to a pet store. The Manager Jay there spent all of his energy trying to scare me out of getting a fish and then after that reporting false information on hamsters to scare me out of getting one. He was convinced I was under 18 or looking to get something for a dorm and the pet would be coming right back in a few months. I appreciate that he wants good homes for these pets but upon denial of these judgements he should have backed off. I felt singled out and treated extremely poorly. I ended up getting a hamster. I love my little Cinnamon and am incredibly insulted to have been treated the way I was.

Staff is awesome and I can always go d what I need. I did puppy training here with Jenn and she is so smart and works so well with all the dogs and we got so much out of training. Puppy/ adult dog playtime is also fantastic for socializing your dog and it is free!

Wow... What a great experience.Staff are so knowledgeable and clearly have so much compassion and kindness for their pets.  I know that it was hard for the saleswoman to part with her favorite guinea pig in order to turn him over to us.  The sense of responsibility the staff has gets transferred to the new owners in caring for these pets... We wanted to make sure our new family member got the royal treatment he deserved. 

 Also had a phenomenal experience in dealing with Jay, the store manager. 5 stars all around.
