So we went here the other day. And it was about 2 minutes to closing and the staff were really nice but pressured us into getting a fish since we had no time to think about it. And the return policy says you can only return a fish if it's dead and we don't want to kill it. So I'm a little unhappy.

My dog loves Petco and I'm a dog mom. She enjoys everything about the store. What make's my best bud happy makes me happy.

All employees are amazing. I've never had any issues with anyone there so far.  I personally recommend their dog training+grooming services. And not to mention their vaccines with vetco! Since north haven petco has theirs every sunday just makes it more convenient for me. Dog training there is a fun learning experience that really opened my eyes to a lot of things I never knew about my dog. It was worth 119$ :) completely satisfied!!! Keep it up guys!

Very friendly there very helpful you find everything you need if not they can help you I recommend it to anyone who have pets or you buying anything fish tanks fish accessories that's the goal of every kind there always helpful when I go in
