I purchased a leopard gecko from here almost three years ago and it is one of the most healthy lizards ever. She is about three and a half years old now and is one of the most beautiful geckos I have seen. The store purchases such quality animals. I would recommend this store to anybody looking to buy any type of animal. UPDATE: I just purchased a Shih-Poo and he is the healthiest, most loving dog I have ever owned. Lexi was a huge help and very knowledgeable about the dogs. I would definitely come back here!

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ANIMAL FROM THE PET STORE. Alot of the dogs and cats are from puppy Mills.  Please do your research. My mother just recently bought a Yorkie about 9 weeks old  from here and she was very sick when they sold her. My mother asked them to give her a bath before purchasing her she smelt absolutely horrible, like urine n feces. When my mother brought her home she made her an appointment to he seen by veterinarian come to find out she had parasites. They put her on antibiotics. She was feed food n water with syringe for about 2 weeks after purchase. Her sugar drops where she can even stand up doctor requested her to buy a gel protein that will help her get back up to standing. She is about 3 weeks with my mother and still trying to get the strength on her..awful these people need to be investigated. REAL Talk.!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish there was an option to leave no stars at all, or negative stars. THIS PLACE SUCKS. This place is no place to get a pet. They mislead their purchasers, they say one thing and the contract says something completely different. My puppy I got from here has kennel cough, they do not handle situations well and ignore phone calls. They are not a good place to shop from, puppies sure are cute but they are not treated properly here. I am glad I purchased a puppy from here because in a sense I am rescuing it. They are very misleading and are crooks. They only care about the money not the purchaser, all they care about is if you are approved for their finance plans. They apply a lot or presser to the buyers. They don't give you any time to privately discuss about what you would like to do if you are with a spouse. This place honestly deserves to be shut down. I am going to contact superior people and let them know about the living conditions of these animals and the poor work staff that they have. This is just not right at all. Gentle jungle should be ashamed of themselves. I wish I read the reviews before shopping here, I didn't know such a bad pet store could exist. It's a shame, these animals are living and breathing, they have feelings and the workers and owners could careless.

I just purchased an Italian Greyhound at this pet store and couldn't be happier.  I made numerous visits to the store, it was always very clean with the animals well looked after,  the employees were very knowledgeable and pleasant.  Darcy was a wealth of information about tips for caring for my new dog.  I named my IG "Sonny", he is very healthy according to my Vet, and has a great temperament.  I followed Darcy's instructions on training and there has not been one accident so far.  I would definitely recommend this pet store.  I posted  photos of this beautiful dog so you could see for yourself how well cared for he was. Thank you Darcy for all of your help

I paid $4000 for an English bulldog. When we brought the dog home she was sick, they said they treated her but had no paperwork to prove it. After a couple months it turns out our dog isn’t a pure breed English bulldog like what we paid for. Worst place to buy an animal.
