Despite the stories of bad handling of aquatics that you will find on Google about other locations, this store's staff actually seems to know what the hell they're doing and takes time to ask background questions rather than assuming you have a typical ph7.0 setup for your pets, (which can cause worse problems for your setup if you have something different like plants, snails, shrimp, dwarf puffers, or cichlids) unlike the local PetSmart down the road that didn't even bother asking questions and suggested water treatment stuff that is actually harmful for those things. And when they don't know the answer, they will help with suggestions for the local specialty fish stores in the area.

The staff at Petco is always super helpful and friendly. The store is clean and orderly and fully stocked of the items we need.

Went in to have my dogs nails trimmed.  Called ahead of time since we have never been there and I asked the cost and also if I need to bring anything or make an appointment.  They said come in anytime and $10.00.  Brought my dog in and they said they needed her rabies information.  I let them know she had her tag on and they did not let me know I needed to bring this.  I drove all the way over there for nothing and they were not very nice either!!  Will never go back to that Petco for anything ever again.
