I always support local business when I can.  This place makes that easy.  Great selection and the employees are great folks who really care about your animals and what they need.  Interestingly, I found that their prices on the things I was looking for were not higher than I can find online.  And some things significantly lower than the 'big box' pet stores.  Definitely a new stop for me.

The folks here are knowledgeable friendly and helpful we have 3 birds get everything we need for them and sheryl does an amazing job clipping our birds

I am a regular at this store. I absolutely love it here but this morning I was disappointed. I went in and the one lady said ill be right with you she was in the back helping a customer over the phone. I get my stuff and go up to the counter and there was a guy there asleep!!!! Who does that. So I wait only a few seconds before the yound lady came and asked if ive been helped than she cashed me out and I left. This should be fixed. Ive worked retail and never got to sleep and still get paid.

The store itself is a very nice store! Very nice and the cutest animals and they are always clean! I absolutely love the short spanish girl (forgot her name) she is always so attentive and nice when I come in absolutely amazing! But the lady Cheryl (I think thats it the tall skinny older woman) she is very rude a d makes my visit unpleasant! She is so bossy and has interrupted twice when I was being helped. If I see her and no one else I just leave! I refuse to let her help me. She told me she was part owner I can not believe that! If the spanish girl or joey ( such a sweet handsome guy) or marilyn left I would not shop there ever! She is Very unpleasant!
