I bought a crested gecko here 3 weeks ago. We did everything right and despite our best efforts it died. He never ate from the second he was brought home and he wasn't very active. I suspect he was sick when we bought him. Although I didn't get any advice from the store I didn't mind since my sister in law has raised many reptiles, including geckos and taught us how to handle him, what to feed him, and how to house him. For $60 I would think they would of at least given us some advice, but they just plopped the gecko in a box and sent me on my way without any word. As I don't have the receipt, or the body, I'm not going to bother getting a refund. I'm just so disappointed and my son was devastated.

brought my small dog in for a bath,nail clipping,they told me $45 when i got there i had ask them do they use oatmeal or whiting they said it would be $7 dollars more for each.are you kidding me,$60 for a wash and nail clipping,outrageous prices,the staff had very little experience.

I will not be returning for grooming again. Took my Bichon Frise on Monday July 18 for the first time to check out their grooming service. I usually go to Magic Touch but wanted to give Petco a try because it was close to my home. My dog was shaved in two spots under his tail so closely that it caused razor burn. I don't think the groomer had enough experience and when I took my dog back to show the damage she asked if he had been scooting on a carpet! Uh, no. Try again.   It was obvious she goofed because the hair was missing in those two inflamed areas. Didn't think I had to inspect under his tail before we left. The manager was apologetic and offered a product to help with the pain and burning. My poor dog was so uncomfortable. Hoping the bald spots grow back soon.
