Great selection of small and some large breed dogs, beds clothing ,leashes, food, and always have friendly staff to answer any question about the breed age of the puppy you are interested in. Great place to get puppy kisses and to actually see and feel the love a puppy can bring!

Actually received sad service , was talked to as if I couldn't provide for the puppy, I've had and still have dogs and take very well care of them, was super excited to open my heart to a new companion after having my dog of 14 years pass 2 years ago... personally felt devastated with this experience ....

Me and my fiancee went in today to buy a puppy. We had such a great experience, and the process was very smooth. Both ladies who were present were very knowlegable and very caring of the animals. This place is on point with customer service, and I will be recommending to others. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Last year I drove to Puppy Love from Simsbury CT in hopes to find the perfect mini Daschund for my girlfriend. With luck I found the perfect little puppy girl and we named her Annabelle! Within two weeks we had her ringing the bells to go potty outside. She is absolutely amazing! Just yesterday I took my girlfriend to Puppy Love to see the puppies.On the spot my girlfriend instantly fell in love with another mini Daschund. We knew Annabelle would love here too! We decided it was the perfect time to get a little companion for Annabelle. We named her Emma! I can only speak about what I've seen and know. First, the puppies are amazing. Second, the staff is kind and extremely helpful. The owner remembered me from a year earlier. He even recalled the conversation we had. The cages are giant and not stuffed with too many animals. The cleanliness is top notch and anyone who has a dog at home knows that our babies can sometime have puppy smells. People want so badly for all pet stores to be shut down. They'll even lie about them. I plan on only getting puppies from here. Puppy Love...keep doing what you're doing! Thank you again for the wonderful companions! See you again!

In December of 2016 we bought Noah, a soft coated wheaten puppy from Puppy Love. Years ago my parents had bought a dog from a puppy store who turned out to be very sick so I was weary about buying dogs from puppy stores. Of course after agreeing with my husband that we were going there JUST to look, he locked eyes with the first pup he walked over to and the rest was history. Anyway, he was very lethargic when we brought him home and when we brought him to the vet around 2 days after taking him home and it turned out to be kennel cough progressing into pneumonia. We called puppy love and explained the situation and they offered (all expenses paid) to take Noah back for a week and have the vet from Noah's Ark in Danbury nurse him back to health. The owner and staff were awesome by sending us video updates and messages (even one where Noah was eating the owner's shoe xD)They kept true to their promise and were very courteous and kind. Our dog has not had one health issue since and is a happy and loving dog. Now the tables have turned and I'm trying to convince my husband to get another xD wouldn't give Noah back if we were paid to!! Thanks Puppy Love and God bless
