The customer service was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. Our dog was happy and didn't seem stressed at all. We did a basic summer cut, nothing too complicated but Dawn did a great job. Buttercup looks and smells pretty!! I thought the price was a little high but other than that I'm happy with our experience.

In regards to their fish I give it 5 stars. They are the only petco I’ve seen with a quarantine tank and a coral tank with halide lights. The employee in charge of the fish was also very knowledgeable and personable.

Petco has a wide variety of pet and the people there are very informative for people who are getting a pet and know little on how to take care of it.

Use this store on a weekly places for my usual, every day aquatic supplies. The "manager" Maria is both useless and rude. Today she was in the aisle on the phone, wouldn't move so i could get to where I need to be. And when I asked her out right if she'd move she literally looked at me and ignored my request so I could purchase what I wanted. This is not my first interaction with her and have talked with several of her co workers and it would appear my perception is not far off. It is because of employees like her that big chains get the awful image they carry in the pet world

Not customer service friendly. Moved to the area from out of state. Tried to return an item that clearly was not used with a receipt within the 30 day period. It literally took 3 weeks to get an approval from a district manager that did not bother to call me to find out what happened.  Not professional. How did he end up with that job. Bottom line people this establishment does not have your best interest in mind. I will never step foot into Petco again. Hello Petsmart. Here I come.
