I had my two dogs groomed at your location. We have used their services before and was happy. However, when it was time to pay this time, I tried to use a gift certificate of $5.00. I was told it could not be used on grooming. The certificate says the words "bath" and "groom" on them. It's quite misleading to have that printed on the certificate, yet it can't be used for those services. A picture of the certificate is attached. For this reason, I will no longer be a returning customer. The customer service was pretty bad too.

Friendly, efficient staff and they took good care of my Maggie. She looked and smelled great when they were done and reasonably priced.

They were nice, but I was originally told 2-3 hours for grooming and a haircut. They told me that my dog was too scared and excited to do the haircut so all I got was a grooming and that took 3.5 hours. Even after two corrections, they kept referring to her as a him. I know mine isn't the only scared/excited dog in the world and I just expected them to be able to work around that. It's possible that my expectations were just too high, but I didn't feel like much effort went into trying to accomplish a haircut.

The owner comes in this store regularly and is so nice and helpful. He even gave me multiple samples of food for my dog so I could figure out what he likes. I buy all my food from this store and the grooming they do is great for my long haired dog. They won't keep the dog a long time either like other pet stores do. Excellent selection of treats here too. Bought some beef knuckles for my friend's Pyrenees mixes and they loved them.

I've been taking my maltipoo to Healthy Paws since we rescued him and been very happy with their service.  Max always leave smelling really good and with a nice bandana (typically matching the closest holiday) to the date of service.  They also have a good selection of fresh treats.
