The lack of professionalism in every associate. Saltwater is a disgrace. Ich, algae and cyanobacteria over run the tanks. People running the salt section are young kids that do not have a clue what they are doing and have no sense of retail business. If you do not have fish, you will never sale them. It is a impulse buy. The Gadsden location really needs to rethink how aquatics are managed. They don't even have meds for ich, which I got from their tanks. I would like to do business in Gadsden, but have to go to the petco off 280 in Birmingham.

Just called to check the price of XS doggie diapers && Susan answered the phone. I understand that I have a speech impediment but Ms. Susan cut me off in the middle of my sentence && was very rude to me about not being able to get my words out. I will go to Walmart now to get the diapers.

I'm rating it as a 1 star because I had to rate something in order to leave  a review. Customer service is awful, I was in the store for 10 minutes, no one greeted me or even asked if I needed help, after 2 associates walked pass me as if I was a display. I left and I will NEVER return. Pet smart is my new pet store.

Great store with very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Our pup Diesel gets so excited every time we walk in the door.
