I believe to give credit when it’s due. I went in tonight with problem with my fish tank. Morgan and Jonathan both helped big time! They answered all my questions and didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond! You can tell they really love what they do! I would refer petco in Jasper to anyone.

We take our Diesel here for training. Everyone is beyond amazing, they always go the extra mile to help us. Plus the rewards are great. Seriously keep up the awesome work y'all.

Bought a snake here a while back, they weren't knowledgeable at all on its needs which worries me as they were caring for him. They sold me 4 lights, none of which were UVB. Snakes need UVB to live.

It's incredibly frustrating to send your dog for simple grooming and getting him back with a flea infestation. I sent my pug in a few weeks ago to get his nails trimmed and other typical grooming procedures. I thought he came back perfectly fine, but he started chewing his butt here and there that day. It gradually got worse, and I found a few fleas on him. He already had his flea meds (I use Frontline) so I didn't want to risk putting more on him, so we gave him a flea bath at home, to no avail. I'll now have to spend more money and waste more of my time bombing my house and having to move my chinchilla to my neighbors house in dangerous heat for him, waste more money by taking my poor pup to the vet, and possibly even meds for him. I should have known better, considering the type of people they hire on (yeah, I'm looking at you, Hope G, they should be looking at you for that missing drawer money too considering almost 500 dollars came up missing from my home the last time you were in it). I would definitely NOT recommend taking your pets here, or buying them from here either.
