Excellent Grooming Staff!  Since this Petco fired the previous groomer, this location is 100% better.  The staff is friendly, does not hound you for tips and is extremely accommodating in scheduling grooming/bathing session for my dog.   Thanks so much!

This location had a rocky past in grooming and the store. The new leadership in this store and salon is TOP NOTCH! My 3 pugs have seen all of the groomers (Loren, Sarah and Kareen!) and I am always very happy! One of my pugs is particularly difficult (adult puppy mill survivor), and they always treat him so gently. The trainers are also very knowledgeable. I'm a lady with a lot of questions. There was definitely a time when I would not have left my precious fur kids in this salon, now I am fully confident that the new grooming staff will treat them like their own.  Also, if you ever have any concerns, ask for the leader on duty in the store or Loren, the  Grooming Salon leader (She is excellent!) . I'm sure they will bend over backwards to make sure you leave happy and confident! Kind of obsessed with this Petco!

An employee at this store named Carly was more attentive and thoughtful in helping me than I’d have ever expected. 
Wonderful experience that will keep me coming back.

Good luck finding anyone to help you at this location. When I go in, there are usually between four and five employees working, and none of them ever want to assist a customer. Clearly, stocking and chatting amongst themselves are more important than customers. 

I don't know if I don't meet their clientele or something, but I've never been able to get someone to stop and help. Am I not rich enough, or am I not tattooed enough?

I'm through giving this place chances. I'll stick to the Roswell location.

They've definitely turned over a new leaf! New manager and staff, super friendly and knowledgeable! My golden absolutly loved being here and meeting all the staff! Exceeded my expectation! Bring your babies here!
