Today we stopped in because our daughter was celebrating her favorite stuffed animals birthday. One of your lovely cashiers went right along with it and gave her a doggie treat to celebrate his birthday. She was so excited! She did a great job!

Typical Petco. Pets are welcome. If they are out of stock for what you need, there's another one a few miles west in Thousand Oaks

The worst place for animals. Twice I reported this store for improper husbandry. The problem never really got fixed. The manager Dee is an awful person. She is supposed to be the animal care person and yet under her watch, the chameleons had very low humidity and a bearded dragon was stuck in shed with a massive wound to the left side of his belly. If she reads this I want her to know, he is having the best of the best and that scar is going to be a reminder of how careless of a person u are. You should not be anywhere near anumals.

It's a nice place with friendly service, but loses a star because it doesn't really have all the normal pet supplies that I expect to be available at least if I want to have an aquarium tank. It is quite expensive but I suppose that is to be expected so it is something to be cautious about but does not negatively affect my view of the store.
