Went in today to buy crickets and look for cage decorations. Both Hailey and Alison made a great team of rudeness. Hailey literally walked away as I asked a second question about a cage decoration. Guess I will just have to frequent Pet smart from now on.

A little overpriced, but their price match makes up for it. Friendly helpful staff. My favorite part about Petco it how stylish their things are. PetSmart is almost like the Walmart of pet stores... Cheep but everything looks bland and ugly. Petco has style and it makes me happy to put these products on my animals and in my house. Also all of their food is grain free, which is a huge relief for me. I always buy grain free, real meat as the first ingredient for my animals.

Have shopped here for years, still do, even though their  competitor built right close to me! Great place to help keep my dog socialized, and the training I got there for me and my dog was very helpful. Always save alot with their rewards and coupons. And most all of the staff, are helpful and knowledgeable. They are very friendly, and only had one small problem and it was taken care of immediatley and very satisfactorily.
