The water in the dog washing area was freezing and never warmed up. The blower blew cold air for the first ten minutes and only ever got lukewarm. Not a good experience of a first bath for my new puppy. 
The staff was fine, very friendly and very good with puppies, but I would have empowered them to offer a refund or discount, etc. when they learn of negative experiences.

Last year I converted from that other company to Pet Food Express and I just regret not having done so sooner. What a pleasure to visit and shop! And the service at this location is particularly knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you to everyone that helped me yesterday find the best food for my kitties. They are enjoying it now and I'm already planning my next trip. Do not go anywhere else for your pet supplies. Pet Food Express is the only option!
