The fish I bought died the next day i bought 5 platys and 3 Cory catfish  1 platy died mysteriously and a cory died mysteriously to that cory cost me 5$ and just died he didn't have ick nor dropsy no fungus or popeye I hope to god my other fish don't follow I also added medicine in the tank for anything that can kill them and that didn't work at all 

Day2 another one died and another one gonna follow soon

Friendly staff and pretty fast service. My doggo's coat is soft and brilliant, and his teeth are clean as a whistle when I pick em up! thx

I have very bad experience on this place the parking its no good because they don't  haven't safety camera,so thats why they stolen my cadilac scadale mirrors,,So is Dangerous the parking lot for my Cadilac Scadale,,So carefulness,,wach out,,some Rats working in groups they ride n bicycle wach out the people's where they goin, care Amigos next time,,

My girlfriend loves this place especially their dog grooming area. We bring our dog once a month and they do a really nice job.

Disappointed in this Petcos customer service.  I usually shop at the one in the west side , the checker  at the westside always gives me a coupon book every time there's a new one. Well I forgot mine at home today since I didn't truly intent on stopping but it was a kitty food emergency and had no choice. When I went to pay I asked the young lady for a book and explained to her I forgot mine. Well Tere (the cashier) refused to provide me with one. I told her all I wanted was the coupon I have the book at home and she said that was nearly impossible because only new pals members get them. I asked her then what was the point of the pals membwrship? and she continued to state she never herd of such a thing and refused to help me. I made my purchase anyway but was really disappointed in the way she handled it and did not care to properly explain instead she kept insisting that "she never herd such a thing". I've been shopping with petco for years and am constantly saving street animals so a discount here and there is nice.
