I found a baby baby kitten on a busy road coming home from work. It was a Sat evening. Ran to Petco & they helped so well with what I needed to get until I could get to the vet on Mon after work. An associate named Sandra was excellent in providing me information on  all I needed to be alert & to be known about & with my purchases. I appreciate her help. All associates were also gracious in getting me to wear I needed to go. Thank & keep up the excellence you entail & provide.

Decent priced pet supplies. If you are buying tanks, wait for the dollar per gallon sale. Get cat litter in bulk. Look at the cute kitties that they are taking care of for the local animal shelter (#adopt don’t shop) Good quality fish.

This place is awful. The hermit crabs are being sold as “avatars in an online world” instead of real animals. They are kept with toxic painted shells inside an improper habitat. There’s constantly some sort of virtual presentation going on above them with flashing lights and loud noises... This stresses the crabs SO MUCH. i’m sure if someone were to buy them they would die immediately from the stress of the gimmicky environment they are kept in. AT LEAST PETSMART GIVES THEM A REAL PLACE TO LIVE IN THEIR STORE.

The dog trainer tried selling me service and the proceeded to pick up my puppy without first asking...  By doing so she hurt my puppy.  I also picked up some worms which the lady said were still good after she looked at them but didn't show me.  When I got home some of the worms were rotten.  I did not have a good experience.

The staff was very helpful. The store was very clean. Our little hampster we got from there is great.
