Only giving 1 star because that is the only way it lets me remark. I brought in my 2 animals to be groomed and was given a 7AM appointment. Well I showed up but the groomer was late, not by a lot but late none the less. Kind of seemed like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and should have not come in. My 2 animals have been groomed since I owned them, but elsewhere. Only came here because my in-law said PetSmart grooming department is awesome, and based on what I pay to groom at my other place, cheaper. I can only say in this insn't I will choose to pay more for the awesome service I receive, and not come back here. The crabby groomer, tried to blame the animal, but nope 100% certain that is not the case. Have always had glorified reviews on my 2 that get groomed, as they will let you do whatever if you pet and love them. I was told that they didn't do well in the kennel??????, NOT, even just called my normal groomer and she said they are phenomenal. The cat just likes to talk while in kennel (hmmm animals do talk..ie barks and meows). Also I have never seen such a terrible cut. So uneven and rushed. I am a firm believer that animals are the best judge of characters and if they don't respond well to you, 9 out of 10 times it is the person. In all the places I have used over time as a pet owner, Never have I had such a bad experience. By the way the groomer was named Ashley. Hope if you get her she wakes up on the right side of the bed and isn't crabby.

They are wonderful with the care of my old white beagle and helpful with shopping tips and product suggestions. We love it!

My family and I have been shopping for years and started using their grooming services for a approximately a year. Ashley is such a sweet and amazing groomer to my dogs!! Her work is second to none and her warm personality makes it easy for me to trust my dogs with her. My dogs have never shown fear or anxiety towards Ashley or PetSmart. I used to have them groomed elsewhere and they were so fearful of that place and groomer so we knew we needed to find a new groomer...hence why we went to PetSmart and thankfully found Ashley.
