I LOVE the groomers here, they treat my dog like he's their own. He always comes out happy and clean. The store itself has everything you'd need and the associates are very helpful and friendly. 
I had dog training here, and it wasn't the best. Our dog was the only one in class, and the trainer spent most of the time talking about her boyfriend rather than teaching. But otherwise, I really like this store.

This location had me make an appointment weeks in advance for grooming. Less than an hour before my appointment they call and tell me they need to cancel. I was already on my way there! Unreliable and bad customer service. Instead of getting someone else to fill in the lady made up one excuse after another while being rude about it. Will not be coming back here.

I went here today to get some Blue Buffalo cat treats. I asked a employee that was stocking/checking bags of dry dog on shelfs 2 rows over if they had anymore blue buffalo cat treats in stock. He said "go find another employee". I then said "Wow" and walked away. He then started yelling something behind me. I found this very rude and won't be shopping at this location anymore. Very disrespectful. This happened this morning/early afternoon 2/5/2018 at this location.

First time in.  I was a bit overwhelmed with all the stuff.  The staff was helpful.  We are looking to get our first dog and they had a puppy list.  Awesome.
