Make an appointment to have my dog groomed, no issues. Take time out of work to make the appointment, bring my dog in, and then suddenly I'm told I need papers for my dog which wasn't told to me when I made the appt. So they tell me I can't have my dog groomed without them. Thereby wasting my time, money, gas, and potential pay from my job. Tell people what is needed,before they are given an appt.

Very overpriced. I don't know how it's still open comparing them to PetSmart and pet supplies plus. This one's the worst.

DON'T bring your pet there for grooming!
  I watched the "pet groomer" pull bunches of hair at one time, from a dogs ear instead of one at a time, causing pain and a lot of bleeding from the dogs ear. She swabbed the blood out of the dogs ear and threw them on the floor.
   This is NOT THE WAY ITS SUPPOSED TO BE!.
     The dog was YELPING from the pain the dog groomer caused him.
       I called the Humane Society. They told me they have many complaints on Pet Groomers. He went to investigate. 
       This Pet Groomer had tattoos on her arms, remember to look for that.
        I tried to video the blood she swabbed out of the poor dogs ear and her throwing the blood fillled gauze on the floor, she,was behind the glass.
        Please be aware, dont leave your dog or cat with Pet Groomers.

Value Based on the Fish Section:
This place used to be better, but lately most of the fish are under quarantine and anyone that works there seems to shy away from the section....which is the center of the store and now looks like a partially unpacked warehouse. I used to love bringing my family here. I will, probably, be going elsewhere from now on.

Place is okay and I feel if I had a cat or dog, I would find everything I needed. For small animals though there isnt a very big selection of products even though they sell the animals themselves. It seems smaller than other petcos too. Staff is really nice and helpful though :)
