This is one of the cleanest pet stores I've ever been to! Customer service is great! I'm always greeted. The people are always nice and helpful. It's odd to think this is a chain store!

I'm a big fish lover, so I always look at the fish. The tanks seem clean, well stocked, and the fish are HEALTHY! Usually you see tons of dead fish floating. Not here! I also like that the Betta fish are separated where they don't see each other all day long.

The aquatic plants could use some work, but plants are hard to work with. I give them props for selling true underwater plants. Wish they had root tabs!!!

Jen Henry is the best groomer I have ever sent my dog to! She not only fixed the horrible hair cut my Yorkie had but she has been on point with every visit. She is always kind and caring and seems to have the customers best interest at heart ❤️ I will never go anywhere else! I will follow Jen for the rest of her career!! My animals will never be groomed by anyone else!

This place is awesome! I was looking for something for my gerbils that they didn’t carry, so I asked an employee and they went as far as to drive themselves to the hall road petco and pick it up for me!!! Never in my life have I encountered such great customer service.
