Have purchased 2 campers from Pete's - both times they really nailed it on service, ease and value.  We own a campground so hear many stories about one dealership or another, mostly not the good stories - I have never heard a bad experience about Pete's from any of our guests.  Great team, great prices, great place to buy an RV.

Very happy. Jake S. P. and others really know their Airstreams. They had a great selection but they are flying off the lot!

Service Department is not organized well enough. e.g as requested, you email a list of items needing attention a week prior to the appointment, arrive at the appointed time and no one has any idea what you're talking about. 

Not one employee smiled, from service to sales. I realize there business model doesn't give a lot of emphasis on post-sale services but it sure be nice to deal with a happier place. 

I give 4 Stars to Pete's as their work product is very good.

My experience with Pete's RV Center is what I would consider a "First Class Experience". As far as customer service and price goes, I don't think  you'll find a better dealership this side of the Pacific Ocean. Chad Shepard, Rick Campbell, Kyle Williams, and Randy Murray made my entire RV purchase a memory of a lifetime. If you're looking for an Airstream camper, you will get the best price and experience you could ask for.
