Purchased a new bed 04/17. Not our first purchase from Peters for the same reason we came back- wonderful service all the way around. James was able to answer all of my questions and offer insight to the beds I was considering. Not just a 'salesman' on the floor, but someone who knew the products. The same great service was continued on the day of delivery. Polite, courteous delivery men who set up the bed and removed the old one. Highly recommended and looking forward to our next experience. Thank you to the Peters team.

Our family has been shopping at Peters Family Living for many years. We love the atmosphere of the store, and how we are always treated. The entire staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. The sales associate that we always go to is James Wyre. James always does a fantastic job. He is very good about explaining every step of the process. His ultimate concern is making sure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. James is also great about follow up after the sale. We always shop at Peters Family Living because of their willingness to work with the customer, regardless of their financial situation. Whether you are spending thousands of dollars, or you are making payments through financing, every customer is treated the same. From the initial sale to the delivery and setup, you can always count on Peters Family Living to do an excellent job.

I absolutely LOVE Peters Family Living. When we purchased our first home almost nine years ago, we also had to invest in new furniture. Amy Morgan at Peters was more than just a sales associate. My husband and I walked the store for two days trying to decide on the perfect living room furniture. Amy was so patient, kind, and helpful through it all. Since then, we have purchased a washer, bed, and heater as well. We will continue doing business with Peters Family Living for years to come. The service and selection cannot be beat.

Friendly service and quick delivery. All the staff was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. I recommend Peter's and ask for Connie, she is Great!

My in laws bought a dishwasher and Peters did NOT provide any customer service to them when they had an issue, they had purchased a warranty from Peters as well so it was surprising they wouldn't help. My in-laws went down the road and had to buy a new dishwasher. Meanwhile years before I bought a recliner and they delivered it to me but brother the wrong one with them, they corrected the error but it was interesting to see years later service still isn't right the first time.
