Do not deal with this company. It is always like you're pestering them when in reality the customer is the one paying their salary.  They will only provide you minimal information and you will only find out important things by further questioning and after numerous calls/emails. They made horrible mistakes on our policy that an experienced insurance broker should not make.

I dealt with Shane and he was disrespectful in both emails and over the phone. His rates did beat all of the others but I would never use him. I would rather give my money to another company and an agent who is willing to work for it. Sorry that the entire company gets a 1 star rating for one employees actions.

Just ask for Curtis Peterson. The agency is one of the professional in Roseville and abroad. The customer service is outstanding. I was referred to Curtis from a local agency and have to say that I am very happy with the professionalism.
