I'm not sure why pony tails and tattoos matter? It doesn't effect the quality of taste. Who cares what the owner does, maybe he is watching the cameras, as thats what most owners do when they own a business. Not to mention most of them sit and talk with customers, which they should do to make clientele happy. 
They are new to the scene and need to get into the Grove is all. 
They actually have really great food! It's very different than what every other hookah lounge has, which I really like. 
Their hookahs are good and I haven't had one that tastes used or dirty. 
The waitress I had, checked up on me when she was supposed to. All of the employees  are very nice and they all check up on you even if they aren't the waitress.

Horrible business. How could you never  answer your phone and not follow your hours of operation. I've come a few times and each time they were closed. Disappointed.

Worst experience ever went to a party paid $10 for entry fee and paid about $12 for food, party got shut down cuz kids got caught smoking weed in the bathroom, they kicked everyone out and didn't refund a single penny, they were yelling at me when I wanted my food and or money back. Never going again
