Was a little hard to find since it is not really visible from the road (it is behind the bank). Once I got to it there was not much parking but that wasn't an issue for me since no one was parked there. I went here because I have a turtle and it needed supplies. The staff was extremely friendly and explained what various pet products did. I didn't have to hunt down a sales person, as soon as I came in I was asked if I needed help. They talked to me about various types of lights and what the different bulbs were for. I didn't feel rushed and was confident in my purchase doing what I needed. The sales woman seemed very knowledgeable about different types of turtles and what they needed. This is my new go-to place for pet supplies from now on, I enjoyed my visit.

If they sell it they rave about it but if they don't sell it they put it down also not as much stuff as they had at their old location about 1/10 th of what they used to have not very much

My visit to the Boerne Petland was a disappointment. I don't know if I just went on a bad day but the staff seemed unlearned about feeding habits and were semi rude. The fat guy that worked there was not only rude but borderline disrespectful. I haven't been back since and ended up buying my pet from Petco. I hope for the pets sake that it was just a bad day.
