After 20 years of loyal customer service we were left freezing over the new years weekend. We paid ahead of time as per usual and were told they were coming before the weekend. However, there was apparently a price increase that we were not informed of when setting up the delivery. They called us back on the Thursday informing us. We immediately paid it online through online bill payments to satisfy them, but they still chose not to show up. 

After 20 years of service, and due to the fact we paid I expected they wouldn't leave us high and dry over the new years weekend. We are two seniors with severe/chronic disabilities. It was extremely important for us to at least be warm at home. Especially since we pre-paid and had an agreement. This past weekend also reached record lows so it couldn't have been a worse time.

To be informed!!!! It is NOT a retail gas station. Petropass. So if you need gas at that location,  there is an Ultramar in 5 minutes from here.
