Waited a very long time for a car wash. Followed instructions exactly. Instructions said to honk if the equipment didn't start, so that's what I did when it didn't start. 
No one answered my honks so I was forced to drive through and see the attendant. She told me I could not have a refund because I had already gone through even though the wash never ran and my car was still dirty!
The only option she would give me was to go to the back of the line and wait again which I will not be doing. In fact, I will never go there again.

Went in to purchase a car wash to find someone purchasing lottery tickets with a stack of prepaid credit cards. Each had a different value remaining and there was not enough to complete the transaction and for some reason unbeknownst to me the transaction could not be voided or suspended. The customer then asked the clerk to call his boss because he supposedly knows him and would vouch for him to return at a later time with the remainder of the money. The clerk then picked up the phone to make the call at which point I decided to leave. During this debacle I was asked by this customer if I could drive him home to get the rest of the money to which I responded no. Next I was asked if I could loan him the money to complete the transaction, not happening. I don’t know if that sale was ever completed but I know that mine did not. Ultimately, the thing that really bothered me was that the employee went forward the phone call to his boss to deal with a transaction that could not be paid for, insufficient funds is insufficient funds. 

Poorly handled, customer lost.

The carwash never works here and the next nearest shell carwash is in kitchener.
Don't buy a shell carwash pass if you live in waterloo.

Fast pumps and competitively priced.  Car Wash is closed sometimes, which can be a pain.

Uhm, it's a gas station? There are gas stations with slightly better prices in the area, but the location is convenient.
