Horrible Customer service. There is a sign posted next to the front desk about no one except employees behind there but they have a baby and half the babies family it looks like back there with it. They pay more attention to that child than the store. Highly unhygienic for the baby. Thought about calling CPS a few times. They barely have any animals and the ones they have look highly unhealthy. I have no clue how this business is still around. Went again on 10/10 around 3:30 and the baby was still there and they of course were paying more attention to the child. I would not recommend to anyone unless the owners fix the ridiculousness that is that business.

So as of yesterday Sunday November 19th, I nor my husband and children will be going into this pet shop again. I was interested in purchasing a hamster and it's cage for my pre teen girls and I went to the side of the counter and was trying to get the attention to a young woman with glasses and short brown hair. She would not pay me attention as I was then getting stressed because one she was on her cell phone and not paying attention to her store shoppers. Not only is this the first time this has ever happened to me yesterday but also happened to me but back in the biggining of the year to another young lady. I use to work in a doctor's office and we had a review page we checked daily, I don't how often this business checks their review page but I recommend someone let this business know how poor their rates and reviews are. I will from now on go to pet supermarket to purchase and buy supplies I need for my little animals at home thanks to the young lady at this business.

The customer service here is great when I go in there the animals are very healthy and beautiful and have a big selection to choose from love seeing the baby there and not in a nasty daycare I would recommend this pet store to everyone for their animals and animal needs

The times I have gone the people were very nice and helpful. Maybe different people were there when I went, and sometimes we need to check ourselves. I will see today because I'm going to pay them a visit. Looking for a Hamster to bring home to my birthday girl.
