I absolutely love this place. Have gotten 2 dogs from here. First one was 12 years ago and she is still doing great Last year we got my mom a puppy and he is the best thing ever for her. Both very happy healthy loved dogs. I will always recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a puppy or any other pet. Everyone is extremely helpful

First off you walk into this place and it smells like dead animals. I walked around and certain areas smell worse than others. If you try to get an issue resolved there you can forget about it becaus the managers are not going to do anything. Terrible customer service. Management is rude. I tried to call back at a later time to speak with the owner directly and i went straight to voicemail at least 4 times. On the 5th time i called someone answered but said i called the wrong number. The number i called is on top of the receipt and on google. So there is one red flag. This place is running a puppy mill and feeding unsold small animals to the snakes.

This was our second trip back to Pets Plus in two years as we live a couple hours away and we weren't disappointed. Not only do they an massive large selection of freshwater and tropical fish, but also snakes, reptiles, spiders, scorpions, rabbits, guinea pigs, rabbits, and other small furry animals. They have all the pet supplies you could need for almost any animal and all their prices for anything in this store is significantly inexpensive compared to Petco and Petsmart. Their staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous as well. I would highly recommend taking a trip to Lockport to visit Petplus for a new pet or pet supplies over any other pet store. I cannot recommend them enough!

The only place to get unique pets around. Fish,snakes, birds, reptiles, everything. It's fun just to go and the dogs you can adopt there turn out just fine:)
