I always shop for my pet supplies at PetSmart. Was so happy when little Lockport got its own store. Everyone there is very helpful in many ways...to find a product, answer a question, & to help me take heavy bags of cat litter to my car. If they don't have a product there, since it is smaller than the stores further out, I was told by an employee that I could order it online to be sent to their store. And no additional costs!

Great staff! The manager Jennifer is always so friendly and helpful and always ready with a smile and kind word when I come in. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is their prices-- they are a little high.

I've given the grooming salon a chance twice now. Never again. I thought I had found a friendly, experienced groomer who knew how to work with my toy poodle (who will sit still if you're nice to her but she isn't crazy about getting her feet touched). Last grooming went very well. This time, it took 3 1/2 hours to groom her because they were overbooked (the groomer herself told me she had a lot of dogs to groom and it would be a long while - why bother making appointments I'm wondering?) when I picked up my dog I was confronted by another groomer who told me there was a "problem" regarding my dog. She had spoken to her manager and they couldn't shave my dogs feet anymore (part of Poodle cut). The attitude I got with this information was not warranted. I have no problem with not getting her feet shaved! But they acted like I was arguing with them and like I did something wrong! The manager was standing right next to us and she never even looked up or addressed me. Wth kind of customer service is that? I will be finding another groomer.  They overbook and then can't spend the time they need to With my dog? Not my fault.  I spent $52 on grooming for a 11 1/2 lb dog and got attitude. Seriously? Buh-bye Petsmart.

Employees are very friendly but not knowledgeable and some lack all common sense.  Cashiers have messed up my purchases in some way every single time.  Now I only go here if it's absolutely necessary.
