Guys... save yourself. Go somewhere else. Seriously. I placed an online order on Dec. 18, 2017. My card was charged on Dec. 21st and the items arrived on Dec. 27th. Upon arrival only 1/3rd of my items were correct, 1/3rd of the items were out of stock, and the remaining 1/3rd of the items were not as pictured on the website or the invoice. I contacted the company immediately through their website and got the most condescending response that was not helpful in the least. My refund was not issued until OVER TEN DAYS after my order was charged and shipped. When it finally was refunded, all the items that were not received were not refunded. I contacted them again and they checked their records just to find that they had incorrect records and needed me to send them a picture of my invoice which stated that it would be refunded. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE CORRECT RECORDS OF WHAT WAS ACTUALLY SHIPPED TO ME. What kind of company is this? While communicating with them further they refused to say that their items were misrepresented online when the picture they have ONLINE AND ON THE INVOICE do not match the item received. Can someone please explain to me how having an inaccurate picture of the item described is correct? Anyone? No? Didn't think so. I would have never ordered these items had an accurate photo been on the website. Also, when you check out you are charged shipping based on weight and size. Well... 1/3 of my items weren't in stock so they obviously weren't shipped which would mean my shipping should have been reduced... Do you think I saw a refund for that? Nope. The company wanted me to pay for return shipping and even have a 20% restocking policy because "It is because I didn't like the item". No... IT IS NOT THE ITEM PICTURED ON YOUR WEBSITE! It has nothing to do with liking it or not, it's an inaccurate item. Their staff is so unprofessional and rude, not to mention disorganized. (They literally had to ask me to send them pictures of my invoice because their records are so bad). Save your time and just contact your Credit Card company to resolve issues instead. Dishonest and irrational. *Have pictures of what was received, what was pictured on the website, what was pictured on my invoice and all the emails / communication between the Pets Warehouse and myself. As you can see from their replies on bad reviews they are very defensive, lack integrity and do not value their customers. Go to reseller ratings for more horror stories from this company. Clearly something needs to change.

Great prices but thats where it stops. Staff isn't as welcoming as you'd expect, seems company moral is low here.

My order had 2nd day air fed ex which cost me 30 dollars extra. I then i get an email saying it could take up to seven days to process and they have to check if they even have it and may have to order it from the manufacturer. I sent a question in mistypeing I had next day air either way I didn't want to pay 30 dollars to wait a week. Even said thank you at the end this is what the said directly back to me right off the bat. Fact, you didn't pay an EXTRA $30 you paid $30, or $10 extra never paid for next day you paid for second day You ordered after biz hours on the 8th So we first see the order today Thursday, you couldn't get by Friday Your expectations are a bit off the wall refund issed That was pathetic ,so unprofessional , and child like minded........unreal! No you could of just awnsered if it needed to be ordered from the manufacturer or would take close to seven days to begin to even ship. But judging on some of your reviews that reflect my same experience you are not very bright. I don't think not wanting to wait a week after paying 30 dollars for 2nd day air is expecting to much!
