If you have dogs and cats then this is a good place to shop. If you have parrots you’re out of luck. Very limited supply of stock for birds.

My experience was AMAZING!! I wrote a note saying that I had gotten my puppies nails done twice but they are still way too sharp and madyson did an awesome job making sure I was happy! Daisy will definitely be coming back.

Good place has awesome adoption set ups on the weekend. Also is very friendly staff. I love shopping here.

This isn't literally the worst petsmart I've ever been too. It's right across the street from where I live and I now refuse to go to any petsmart. My dogs have always had food and treats from petsmart. First off my husband and I bought greenies 4 times with moths and mold in the box and treats themselves. No apologies nothing to fix the problem. Second my dog refuses to eat any bag of food I have gotten from this specific location. Third the manager here is terrible, PRAY to the dear Lord that you never have to encounter him! I would never recommend this petsmart to anyone and I will
not be shppping at petsmart at all anymore. Super disappointing.

While the selection is typical of petsmart (good selection, all of which is priced higher than online or competing stores) the grooming is outrageous. We took our bird dog (who hunts and likes to be vacuumed), suffice to say he is afraid of nothing, and we were told that he was to afraid of the nail file and they had to hold him down. 

First off, you should never hold down a scared animal. This could set back his comfort around guns. Second, if he was so scared, why was I not contacted right away. Why did you hold down a 60 lb dog. He is terrified of his nail grinder now. A dog who can be right under a gun when it goes off can't stand the sight of a nail grinder anymore. 

I will never go to petsmart ever again. I advise you to seek a professional groomer or the vet over this service.
