Always a good place to get pet stuff! It's a small store but with alot of choices. I bought Halloween costumes for my dogs 2 days before Halloween - 50% off and a good assortment. they also have good sales on dog food. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

My experiences here are very mixed. I have been here on multiple occasions with varying levels of service. I have been in quite a few times previously purchasing things for my guinea pigs. Those times I was not helped by anyone shopping but had a pleasant cashier. The most recent time I've been, my boyfriend and I were purchasing a ball python and cage. When I tried to put the giant cage in a shopping cart, a helpful associate came over and brought me a big flat for much easier moving. However, when we wanted to adopt the python it took almost a full hour for somebody to help us. We were waiting and waiting, until a manager came over and told us the sales associate was finishing up with another customer and would be over to help us after. My main concern is why the manager could not help us herself. I understand, she may be frightened of handling snakes. The wait however, was ridiculous. They do have good prices (especially if you are a member) and for convenience sake, I will continue to shop here, but I highly recommended looking somewhere else for pet supplies.

We have used the pet hotel several times and they always take good care of our dog. The dog gets to hang out and play with other dogs. She has become very socialized and behaves nicely around other dogs and people.

The store is great, but the vet office inside "Banfield" saved my cats life. Theu were so helpful during the whole process. He may only have 3 legs now, but he is a happy cat that is still with us. Thank you!
