Great PetSmart- for the most part. Friendly clerks, huge selection, massive amount of parking. The only issue is regarding their selection of Hills Prescription Food. They ALWAYS seem to run out of, or simply don't have the C/D (urinary) small cans of Tuna and Vegetables. They always have the large cans of Chicken, but my super picky (typical) cat wants the Tuna stew ONLY. It would be great if they had in in stock REGULARLY instead of occasionally. The Petsmart in Culver City always has it in stock. Too bad it's out of my way...

One of the smaller "compact" petsmart's. Very clean aisles, fully stocked, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Big advantage is proximity to my work and now you can buy online and pick up in store which make my trips here smaller and more efficient!

Overall this store is very clean and I found what I went in there to buy; but I give this store 1 star because the cashier looks and acts like she does not want to be there, she rolls her eyes when you give her your phone number to input and she does not even want to put the merchandise in the bag. She basically threw my change back at me without even counting it. Pet Smart should really consider giving the cashier a customer service course. I was not able to get her name because she was not even wearing a badge but she is the African American lady in her early thirties. CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THE BAD ATTITUDE!

I really love this petsmart. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I also took my dog to obedience training here and it was really helpful.
