Life changing! I’ve never had such ease and speed with giving my dog a bath! Worth every penny!

Perfect set-up for bathing your pet. You provide the dog and they provide everything else from MANY shampoos, conditioner, brushes, cotton swabs/balls. The blow drying is awesome and allows you to see right down to the skin. That is important to check out the condition of your pets skin.

The Good: 
☆ Shampoo variety is awesome
☆ various items for sale
☆ big space not cramped 
☆ cool music - up beat not too rockish
☆ wet dog smell minimal 

The Bad
• broken gate latch dog kept getting out
• broken sink hook
• wet/dry hair in stall corners on table & floor
• non-chalant staff (busy doing their own thing or on phone texting)
• dirty / old aprons
■ ferocious dog kept in the first stall that seemed to be their own, barked territorily the entire time we were there making it an unpleasant experience as a whole as my dog kept wanting to go see.

I have been taking my Great Dane there for 5 years. Service is always great. Lily is amazing. We had one small issue the first time we took him there. He got a small nick on his leg and was bleeding. Seriously, it was a tiny cut. Lily acted like our dog was gushing blood and was SUPER attentive and on point. I knew right then from the care that she has for the people and pets that go there that I was a life time client. I can't recommend this place enough. And the crazy clients I have seen her have to deal with, it's clear to me that Lily is a saint!
