The staff was really nice! I was returning some cat food, I had picked up the wrong flavor. They were great about making my return. Then they helped me on my new purchase and even pointed out a coupon on my previous receipt which gave me 15% of my new purchase. Very thankful for the help, money saved and the great attitude that was given to me tonight!

Quite possibly one the top pet stores I have been to. The animals are cared for VERY well here. Seeing employees who actually like their job and take care of the animals is a great thing to see and most of the employees are amazing and eager to help out. Would definitely say this was a very well-rounded store with little to no complaints. Some stores like to focus on only customers and disregard the animals as just merchandise while others the complete opposite. These people seem to balance both well but still maintain regards to the animals more than anything which is what I'd want when going to a ANIMAL related store. This ain't a dollar store so I'm happy they discourage people from trying to buy a living breathing animal and put it in a shoebox with two bottle caps for food and water. Keep it up.

Very clean, with a wide selection of products. The work with local rescue agencies to help adopt out pets. Their prices are higher than average. So if your getting regular pet products you can get them cheaper elsewhere. But if your looking something special this place is perfect for it.

The sales people are very knowledgeable about the animals the animals they sell. The cages are clean and animals seem well cared for. Nice selection of products. Friendly staff

While this pet smart is almost always clean and relatively friendly. I have trouble getting assistance more times than not. There is rarely more than one lane open.. even during what one would consider a busy time. And employees seem just as frustrated as customers.
