Both Gina and Valentina are really excellent groomers. My dogs are really fidgety and don't like their feet touched...they snarl and snap. But both groomers do an excellent job with my two big hairy matted dogs. I have used them for years and will continue using them because they do excellent work.

What is the point of saying that you're a pet store if you don't have what you need to feed the pets!!!!

They have NO Cameras in the parking lot to protect your vehicle. My vehicle was hit, dented, and caused paint to chip off and they could do NOTHING to help me. In my opinion if u can’t make your customers even comfortable enough to leave they’re car in your “ unprotected parking lot”, then you are failing to meet Customer Needs. I didn’t go there to spend $1,000 on my repairs on my car, I went to spend $40 on a bag of food for the dog. Will NEVER return to ANY “PetSmart” in my life.

Workers there aren't helpful can't even find them in sight. Cashier register light was on but no one there. Wanted to buy something but was not able to pickup today so wanted to pay and pickup next day they didn't put on hold for me. They said they don't put on hold for people yet they had other items on hold. Felt like didn't make sense so I can't have something on hold why does someone else get too so they should allow me too or tell the same to other customers

I was looking for 2 pet parakeets, so I went in to see that there were like no animals anywhere. They only had 1 parakeet and it was all alone. They also had no hampsters at all! Definitely do not go here if your looking for a pet.
